Crockpot chicken tomato cream (aka vodka sauce)

Today I had some leftover chicken & wanted something I could throw in the crockpot. Found this recipe & it did not disappoint. I was going to make zucchini noodles but didn't have time so I threw a spaghetti squash in the oven & we ate it with that & some steamed broccoli. It was delicious! Jaedyn downed it plus has eaten leftovers a few times :)
