Creamy Chicken Tomato crockpot soup

Today the weather is forecasted to be cold & rainy, so the perfect day for soup!! I am headed down to sandy to train my parents so I needed a crockpot recipe. This one sounded really good, so I decided to try it out. Boy was it ever tasty. Jaedyn gobbled a lot of it down & if sheloves it, then you know you have a winner.
