Rochelle Tyson: I'm a wife and a mother to a beautiful 6 month old baby girl. I am currently a personal trainer at a local gym in good ole Ogden, Utah. I've always had a passion for sports/fitness as I have played soccer pretty much my whole life! My interests in fitness have grown after I tore my ACL (couldn't play soccer for awhile so had to find something else to do) and got married. I love being active & just being outside doing something. Since having a baby 6 months ago, I have found a real love for cooking & baking. I really don't have the time to experiment in the kitchen but I do however spice up others recipes with my own twist. I'll do my best to post my dinner recipes each night that I cook as well as try & post a workout here and there. Hope you enjoy! *I do want to point out that hardly any of these recipes are my own. Sometimes I will tweak other recipes with my own spices, sauces, toppings, etc., but for the most part I follow their ingredients. I will always post where the recipe came from & never want to take credit for recipes that I didn't create.
